I was thinking of writing about how my mom is a white collar worker (teacher) and my dad is a blue collar worker (owns his own construction business) and how that gives me the best of both worlds, how I’ve gotten the importance of an education from my mom while working with my dad has shown me how important a work ethic is and how sometimes you have to do shitty tasks to complete a job/project. Thanks in advance for any help!

That sounds great. Then tie it in with what you expect to do with the education/degree that you get at that college and why you chose the college.
